Terms And Conditions

ONSITE SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Customer agrees to the following Terms and conditions:

  1. Labor and parts are nonrefundable. All sales are final.
  2. Resident computer owner or business employee must be present during all service calls.
  3. In the event that Onsite Techs is denied access to an appointment or an appointment is otherwise missed due to the negligence of the client, a minimum service charge will be applied.
  4. With customer’s prior consent, Onsite Techs will procure parts on behalf of customer.
  5. Product warranties must be handled through the manufacturer and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Onsite Techs reserves the right to source equipment, parts, software and systems through Onsite Techs’ referral vendors. Onsite Techs is not responsible for referral vendor or other supplier warranties of any kind. Onsite Techs does not warrant or guarantee that any software or hardware security measure recommended and/or installed by Onsite Techs will prevent all network intrusions.
  6. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure all data is backed up (copied to storage media) before services are rendered. Onsite Techs is not responsible for any equipment malfunctions or loss of data while rendering services. Onsite Techs can attempt to perform data backup services at the request of the client without any implied guarantee of data recovery. Onsite Techs reserves the right to source systems, parts and software from referral vendors. In the event that a hardware or software failure occurs, Onsite Techs does not warrant or guarantee that any software or hardware security measure recommended and/or installed by Onsite Techs will prevent all network intrusions.
  7. Onsite Techs is not responsible for any damage or failure caused by improper installation or alteration or products prior to Onsite Techs endering services.
  8. Client is responsible for paying fees for and complying with the terms of any licenses for software installed by Onsite Techs.
  9. Onsite Techs is not responsible for any modifications or changes made to hardware or software after services are rendered.
  10. Onsite Techs will not divulge to any third party confidential, personal, or financial data, with the sole exception of information that is required by court order or information that violates the law.
  11. Onsite Techs will never obtain, install, trade, or resell any illegal pirated software. Software or proof of ownership (license) must be verified by client before installation.
  12. Customer must keep all animals away from technician to avoid dangerous working conditions. Onsite Techs reserves the right to stop providing service and collect applicable payment from customer in the event unsafe conditions arise.
  13. Onsite Techs reserves the right to charge atrip charge for any onsite service calls.
  14. Onsite Techs reserves the right to charge a $25 or 10% monthly late fee, whichever is greater, for all invoices not paid within 30 business days.
  15. For all new clients, the invoice must be paid prior to the service tech leaving the premises after services rendered, unless other arrangements prior to service have been authorized.
  16. Onsite Techs is not responsible for any opened software packages. No refunds are applicable for opened software packages or damaged products due to client carelessness.
  17. Client agrees not to solicit Onsite Techs employees or contractors to perform services independently. If client solicits Onsite Techs technician, client agrees to pay a penalty of $2,500, plus any incurred legal fees.
  18. Offer coupons cannot be combined for additional savings. Only one coupon per client.
